Can someone please comment as to how this agreement affects future returns to shareholders, given Stonepeak is now providing full equity funding rather than say 50%? Does this mean that profit flow to shareholders will be reduced when compared to the original commitment?
Will there be less dilution due to less need to raise capital?
Great to see an announcement that further de-risks the project.
