Hi Goomantoong, re the 16% ownership and future capital raising, perhaps the sensible thing to do would be for KNL to raise the money and then loan it at commercial interest rates (incl a Sovereign risk component) to the Tanzanian mining entity (which is the entity that Tanzanian govt would own 16% of). At least that way the mining entity has to pay the proper commercial interest cost of its funds and also eventually repay the loan of funds back to KNL. Would that work?
