Ann: 3B and Cleansing Notice - JCT Subsequent Consideration, page-10

Holy crap its just almost every week theres a new ann. about more shares issued. excuse my ignorance in this matter but cant we as shareholders force a vote to change something here? like drastic intervention before the SP of the company we invested in is ridden into the ground by seemingly uncaring directors? i think ive already stated this (about a month ago) but surely they know investor sentiment and can see the SP tanking, do they just not care or wtf?? I know this deal was made 12 months ago, but im sick of waking up to see this, depressing. My 12 thousand dollar buy in is worth 2800 in less than 3 months.....
