    Nice to see further strength in retail sales in May, despite all the negative media and bearish forecasts. I agree that there are risks with rising interest rates and utility costs, but the RBA seems happy to sit on their hands which should help to ease concerns of rapid rise in interest costs (increasing competition in the mortgage sector should also help).
    The sales trends should help TRS, although given their has been no profit update, it suggests that they are broadly on track to meet the earlier earnings guidance.
