There has been another LWP Action Group email regarding this court case. LWP representing themselves at court with no lawyer?
Update on Court Case
In our Previous Update from 28 June we mentioned that Viktor Volkov had filed a court order seeking full costs from LWP Technologies over the failed GraphenEra Joint Venture and the doomed court case initiated by LWP.
In the latest twist, LWP has now lodged documentation confirming that they will no longer be represented by Lynch Andrews lawyers and will now be acting in person.
If Konig and LWP Technologies are making no effort to try and fight the cost application, why not just settle out of court and save themselves the further embarrassment?
Why are they not mentioning the (allegedly) stolen patents or the fake laboratory equipment and why would they rather lose this court case than have the truth revealed? The foul stench of this case just got fouler.
