Dont forget, there is another twist for those who are going to take up the offer.. unless you hold at least a million shares, the parcel you are eligible to buy will be smaller than the 'minimum saleable parcel' ..ie: you wont be able to sell them, unless the buy price gets high enough to make your parcel worth at least %500!

Essentially, only the bigger +1mil holders will be eligible to take up enough options to sell on market.. how many of the bigger holders decide to take up the 'reward' may determine how many of these even end up on the market for sale at all. For many smaller holders, these will be worthless unless the SP gets high enough to make it worthwhile converting them.
