pretty hard to prove a conspiracy such as that....anyway, its a moot point now, time to move forward, and, i agree with your thinking on the co/cu project. The annc did say that CSA was drawing up a works programme, which, you wouldnt do if you were going to walk away. If it takes a little time, so be it........the terms are good, very reasonable in fact, to get to 80%, with very little capex. i would speculate that delays would be more of a bureaucratic thing, especially in the DRC, and, you would want to be sure the titles etc, are all in order, surely?........i was initially suss on the project, due to its location, and sentiment toward "conflict materials", but, i think having a "western" owner would present the project in a different light?
anyway, all we can do is wait, if the deal is to be done, i would prefer to see it done properly......and...if you look at the terms, the deal just got cheaper (from a share issue point of view)
