I wasn't convinced, and there's nothing in the official announcements about the NTA, but the recent correspondence that @timeti shared seemed to confirm that the issue is valuation-related:
"The trading halt should be lifted once we have determined a fair and reasonable valuation of the company including all of the recent acquisitions and proposed as you will see in the latest announcements.
Considering these recent announcements I would expect that (despite the length of time to achieve accuracy in trading halt) the news is reasonable"
