@oggy0907 You make all very valid points! I still can't believe the conduct of the BOD's in this company, showing absolute utter contempt to shareholders. This is in the upper echelon of value degradation I've seen in a pretty long while. The salaries/compensation is extraordinary and overly onerous/oppressive to the stakeholders of this company given its size and stage in it's life cycle.
I can't understand why there hasn't been a s.249D initiated against some of the individuals concerned..? Are shareholders just simply going to take it and put up with this? Somehow I don't think so!!
And just quickly, and from the top of your head - roughly how much is left on the CN?
I think I read it was an initial $2m facility..
