I was teaching my kids (12 and 9) yesterday about the breakouts, and we were looking at GXY chart.

As the stock price was going sideways between 1.60 and 1.75/1.80 for the last 2 weeks, we wanted to make sure that we were making the right decision, and were looking for the confirmation. Lo and behold, the price action stormed 1.80 before our eyes.

I hoped for the best once my order went through at 1.825

This morning I had to explain to the kids about insider trading, as having read today's announcement, it is clear that the price action and the volume for the last 2 days are nothing but the leaked info being traded in the know.
