So 100k divided by 3 and divide again by 5
There will be 2 consolidations since it halted if it proceeds as proposed.
Is Angus also subject to the 2 consolidations.
If someone could dig up the old performance shares pre consolidation that will give us a starting point.
What performance have been met to gain these shares?
Other than cutting shareholder value by 75%.
As for the raise.
Their hope is to get this from a fund and if they do this will mean the end to any further shareholder vote as they will have the numbers.

I think you will find they have voted themselves enough shares so they will not feel finacial pain in the consolidation , but for the rest we take it up the proverbial.
