What you seem to forget is that we only have one issue to vote upon now.....Either you vote for the current Board, or you vote for OptionCo. Period!!!
ND hasn't put up anything this time around so there is no choices at all about them been in the run....And we have only less than two weeks to decide.
So, if you aren't going to vote for them, the only other choice for you is to vote for Cottee and his Board. And that would be like the one cutting his nose to spite his face.
