In terms of your queery to their response being wrong, i don't know what that can be based off, because factually they would be reporting the truth as required, but in terms of their interpretation of the clauses of ASX rules that would be down to skilled contractors who deal in this kind of thing every day; so justification and facts, tick, tick.
