Do you think stock manipulation occurs when the share price up and down within a short space of time?

I suspect TAW's share price went down because of end of tax year selling, holders are crystallizing a loss/gain. Now share holders are buying back in because the share price was low and fundamentals. The fundamentals being the expectation of announcement that share holders are waiting for.

I suspect that the announcement will see the share price go lower.

My own opinion is that manipulation happens when there are trades in small parcels of shares by institutions. These institutions don't pay normal retail broking fees like us mug punters. If institutions paid broking fees there would less BOT trading. Don't know if if there is BOT trading in TAW?

I have come around to the opinion that it is better to be a technical trader of shares.
