BUL is very much a spec stock and as such it is and will be a stock which will need positive updates on a regular basis to maintain interest. Recent news regarding a pipeline is very positive. The looming gas shortage is a positive for BUL as it will enable the possibility to sell gas, something that is absent right now. I believe it will benefit from the political situation both state and federal wise. Both those governments need to score points to stay in government and projects like this will also get opposition support. I suggest that governments will short track and assist with a pipeline development.
More positive news on the pipeline front will have BUL in the limelight. That must end up a positive for the SP.
