RVR not in halt (unless etrade has crapped itself again), must be something unrelated. Both Blythe and Miaree are JVs (?). I wouldn't worry about the pullback too much, it did this about a month ago, up to 20c then back to 15c on very low volume. Few tradeable shares makes it volatile imo.
