An article in the AFR yesterday indicated that RIO has received up to 50 EOI in the sale of Kestrel and Hail Creek coking coal mines in Qld. Here is the link

The article was glowing in it's admiration for RIO getting the prices it has for the previous sales of it's Aust coal assets. (Mind you , after it's disastrous foray into the purchase of Riversdale, it is good to see RIO winning some on the sale front)
