The SUDA listing in Germany has nothing to do with the Berlin Pharma listing. They were different companies with Berlin Pharma having their own stock exchange code (HCS) vs SUDA's being E4N ( a legacy from the EMS code).
Listing on Frankfurt has nothing to do with raising money over there. There was no IPO in Germany. Plenty of Aussie small caps were/are listed over there as a way for a broker (aka market maker) to make some arbitrage profit by the pricing differential between there and the ASX. The problem is that there just isnt the liquidity available. That is why ABLM for example gets excited when there is price movement in Germany because it doesnt happen very often, and any decent volume is noteworthy.
