    Well seeing that Blackrock would be one of the parties that are in negotiations with quintis regarding the recapitalisation I'm sure they have already seen the quarterly.

    Remember only a majority of bond holders have to agree to a waiver aka Blackrock holds 60% of notes so makes them the majority.
