Ann: Bass completes $2m Convertible Note issue for Graphmada, page-38

My understanding is that unlike TSX Venture where the minimum cap raise should be done at 5cents CAD$ (roughly equivalent to 5cents AUD$) there is no such minimum price per share cap raise requirement for ASX listed companies (knowledgeable posters on these matters please correct me if I am wrong).

Of coruse, that is aside from the 25% +/- volume weighted average price over 15 trading days before the date of issue. In pther words, for instance, if the VWAP is 1c the company cannot issue shares at less than 0.75 cents ( a sort of protection to small shareholders, otherwise companies may be enticed to offer huge discounts over market price to their friends and screw us small/(insignificant for the big guys?) shareholders).
