I have spoken to Adam and he has told me pretty much that in words but I would like to have that written somewhere in plain English. I am taking elf between my partner and I for $160 000 and if they came after me for that if the company did not perform then I would be in very big trouble.
What was in that example given that Sholtz posted may mean the same, I don't know. I just want to see the words, shareholder not liable for the loan or interest once the loan period expires.
