I believe they will raise $3.8mill. So that’s an issue of approx. 8,200,000 shares.
If say 600 out 900 shareholders subscribe to the SPP than that’s and ave of 6333 shares each or $2913.00 to fill the SPP. It will be massively oversubscribed on these numbers. If the stock can site around .50c or above, than many will dive in.
I am thinking that if you ask for 15k of stock you might get 7k.
I don’t think they will scale back options 1, 2 or possibly 3 (option 1 $1000.00, option 2 $2500.00, or possibly? – option 3 $5000.00) but all other amount will be scaled back.
I think I will try to buy more stock if I see say 47.5c and might only apply for $5k in SPP because if stock trades under a little pressure it might get down to that, but I don’t think it will be there for long. Once the CR / SPP are out of the way more great announcement will follow and away we go.
