Announcement titled - Appointment of Directors - states that 'Witbank' Coal Project due diligence and project review process is invisaged to be completed before end of July.

Project funding concerns me a little. The issue of 250m shares at 5c plus having to come up with $7.775m in cash...interesting.

However, with another 125m options at 12c,exercisable into fully paid CME shares within 5 years, at todays price would mean that (should they be in the money) the confidence is there that you would get at least 28% return on your investment within 5 years ;)

A lot of shares though....
