Pure speculation here but wonder if someone tried to front run a MtK conversion/ dilution thinking they had two weeks left until the quarterly. Correct me if i am wrong but they have usually come out around the 26th?
Shorting ahead of a (? known) warrant conversion is a great move but not ahead of a quarterly reasonably expected to show record sales and positive cash flow. Even a whiff of 'break even' either this quarter or next would be ugly for a short position -dilution or not.
