I think we should expect an announcement on Tuesday (generally this is when they release the news). I think unless there are issues something should be out tomorrow.
If RMS doesn't release by Wednesday that I think will be a big concern.
I don't think announcement regarding dividend will come out till the annual results. While I would love a dividend if its going to just sit in an account - I am happy to forgo if they plan to use those funds to generate further revenue.
