There lay the problem "vested interest"
the majority of the float is held by retail investors who are sitting waiting to sell into the next spike.
you could easily take out half this company for an average under 5.5c... then like gemfields it doesn't matter what the directors think.
wouldn't even be a hostile takeover. Mus are a sitting duck should a major pull the trigger.
I'd say it's 50/50 that MUS are taken over by 2020 imo
