At least the share price is stable at the moment since the announcement.

There are still a lot of unknowns, especially with respect to the Tanzanian Legislation.

The key points for me are:
- Will the $1m be enough until the end of the year. If the share price is still around these levels, then I can't really see the conversion of options being the saving grace.
- What impact can/will Mr. Kabunga have on Volt securing a mining licence/other requirements?
- Will the Tanzanian Legislation changes slow down/stop customer engagement as well as finance negotiations?

I believe we have an excellent management team, which is very important given the current situation.

Hopefully there are some more announcements soon to the market that demonstrate that Volt is moving forward.
