Fact is smokers pay a lot of taxes buying tobacco, it a pigovian tax supposable to cover increases medical costs. Anyone saying smokers are a burden on the health system should be reminded of that.
I just don't get the idea that e cigarettes are illegal when they don't pose a health risk and can actually be used as a quitting aid
