Still a long road ahead, and many hoops to jump before producing.
As a new plant, will subject to many more issues/impediments than GXY (apart from funding) - design refinement / changes, construction delay, budget blowout, wet weather, commissioning and teething issue. A bit of luck, full production possible in 18 months around March / April 2019 ie 2 babies away.
Bumpy ride for the SP for a long, long time as experienced by GXY before.
