Resolution 1

Performance hurdle (i) (A) states "five (5) million tonnes of Li2O."

Assume a resource grade of 1.25%. At this grade, the resource will need to be 400 million tonnes to host 5 million tonnes of Li2O. The terminology is wrong and once again, it is important.

I suspect the performance hurdle for the options should read something like this:

"Defining a resource of 5 million tonnes of ore with a grade of 1.25% Li2O". The grade is my guess but ADV should announce what the grade hurdle is.
