im back in this one. private equity in the shadows, 188 mil cash in bank - minus 25mil cash for merger with EGX will leave 69c of CASH post merger (ie 235 mil shares).
so 163mil AUD is what i paid (at 1.39) for:
1. PTDs animal business - PTD is aiming to divest this - not worth much imho
2. Profitable TNF businesss - royalties for nx 5 years
3. PTDs unproven products (high risk, value uncertain)
4. EGXs patents (high risk, value uncertain)

even though 3 & 4 are intangibles, the fact that domantis was sold for so much for its POTENTIAL VALUE suggests that 3+4 is worth imho at least 163 mil AUD. i will double up my holdings in PTD if it goes down to 1 - 1.2.
