3/ What are your qualifications? B.Ec AFPRA MBA - you are either streching the truth or you only scaped through on the corporate law units.

It is not only people who ramp stocks that need to substantiate there claims.

But prove me wrong substantiate what you have posted and a little test for you ir you are truely some sort of "watch dog" quote the sections of the Corporations Act that in your opinion these rampers are breaching.
