They are just giving out cash that they dont have.
If they are happy to settle with one class action, logic dictates they are likely to do the same with MB who has a much larger client base.
Why should SGH shareholders through Hall be treated differently than those who went with MB. Clearly they are the same holders with the same rights.
Thats my understanding, just get someone with a legal background to confirm.
Also i have no idea why we are trading in the green today, this should be deep red.
