This decision must be a great relief for BT especially as well as all shareholders.
It has been the only negative hanging over Anvil shares in the last three years & has caused many shareholders including myself to lighten our shareholding not because we ever believed the allegations but because of the potential damage it could cause the company if justice wasn't done in the court of law.
You would have to think this would now end the matter & that Feeney/S&G would not persist in another jurisdiction with this action.
The shares are now a bargain after this & with copper back at $3.50/lb can be bought with confidence.
