Sorry I meant do it the other way round
1) swab it to remove the column of fluid
2) shut it in to soak and build pressure without the weight of the fluid column.
Maybe its just a cost minimisation strategy doing it the other way.
Does not look like it will be flowing like conventional at this point in the game.
