fair enough , if they have formulated such a buyback arrangement you have to wonder why they have an accumulative interest in the purchase of AWS at discounted levels . Have they participated in discussions or had access to imformation pertaining to the the future developments of the company and if such imformation has been obtained wouldnt this be a form of insider trading as they have setup a buyback structure which is primarily based on the ( assumption ? ) or ( known facts ? ) that the company has an intention of relisting .
What is the proposed buyback price as this would have to be a universal figure that was fair and equitable to all shareholoders and what are the underlying financial calculations that this ( buyback ) price is based upon .
there are more questions than answers once you dig into it
