EGS certainly didn't kept the market informed on this one.

GR Engineering "suspended the works in May 2017 as a result of EGS’ payment default, when GRES had substantially completed its work under the Contract. The suspension was initiated by GRES concurrently with the issuance of a statutory demand in May 2017 for approximately $6.6 million. EGS alleged the wrongful suspension of the works by GRES and raised an associated offsetting claim for delay costs of approximately $6.8 million in seeking to set aside the statutory demand"

I looked at all announcements by EGS and don't see anywhere any notice to shareholders of what can only be considered a significant matter. All I can see is positive steps to commencement of mining, which saw me acquire significant more shares recently.

This is again a situation where the ASX should (but wont) get involved.

Will be raising this with the ASX and seeking some legal advice on my purchases after this date.
