will gain extra business

i recently received advice from post office bill-pay that they are dropping the ability to pay bills over the internet., and the payer [me] would now have to go to a post office to pay a bill.
i think this will help bill express as the payer now would venture to either a post office or a newsagent and use bill express.
also some recfent buying in them prompted me to purchase 20,000 this morning at 24c.
some good buying been done at 24c this morning.
