The question is WHO bought them - suppose we'll be told sooner or later.
Hunan bought 12M in July 06 @ $2.50 - $1 less than market at the time, sell 6M today at 50c less than market = $10m profit - makes sense to me.
They still get their 50% of the future offtake and have a bit more cash to help fund it.
