Hunan have to cough up rest of money once stamp duty sorted etc. ready for production sorta dont they
Sell half shares and put cash to funding it what they have to pay.Someone suggested they would do exactly that some time ago I think so they really wouldn’t need to put money in own pocket to fund the thing.
Why sell at 4.10 or whatever you might ask - all I can say is what would you say if you were looking to buy their shares off market – I’d be saying look at what happened to shareprice when Gordon sold his lousy 1mill or so on market – he pushed them down a whole dollar – 5 bucks to 4 bucks if I recall right - reckon if I could buy hunans shares I'd be saying if you not happy with 4.10 - good luck sell them on market and Ill buy all the way down to 2 bucks – what would you do if yiou were hunan? I think Id take the 4.10 offer – but thats just my unpolished thoughts – now will go and check details to see if it makes sense
