    Depends on the job, some job they partner with another trade buddies of theirs.

    I never argue that there are no job or professions earning the median or above in the suburbs. Just that those are far and few in between.

    I know who worked for a large gov't agency on $120 an hour. He then decided to work under his own "company" for the same agency at a higher hourly rate, doing the same job.

    The bank almost didn't lend him that $900k needed if they didn't see the old payslip direct from the agency, not his "company".
