So true, this will move also the price of many Chinese laden commidities upwards. Remembering that China is by far the world's largest producer of graphite.
On another note, like Tanzania, Chinese law is not etched in stone. Shifts and changes do happen and we, as investors, have to evaluate their short and long term consequences.
