Im guessing they'll still use our plant until theirs is built which does take a but of time .....with epa and all the bullsh..t approvals they will need ! This was always going to happen kdr doing a jv with someone but you just can't go and build a plant without all the epa and government building approvals , im guessing 2 yrs before fully built and ready to go? ??? What's everyone else think ???
