This deal looks really confusing. Yes there are strategic benefits, but isn't it almost 50% EPS dilutive as ownership of half the project is gone? Let's forget about the gold assets for now, as the market sees this as a lithium play.
I hope their announcement gives sufficient detail and a valuation summary table so that holders can see how it adds value. It may do, but I can't understand how.
