cant see a need for cap raising - hunan is advancing the company all the momey needed to bring us to production - as soon as stamp duty sorted they have to pay the balance 40 milion or so I think - coy lawyers have appointment with NT stamp duty commissioner 2 weeks time so sounds like finalisation of stamp duty is close so no need for cap raising
Personally I have no probs with Hunan selling shares. they only took them to give the company some working capital and show commitment to the venture - it ws never really an investment for them - they are not into share trading (obviously lol) they are into investing in projects that will give them the metals they need.
For me - not an issue that the sell half or even all their shares - the question is who bought them - hopefully a longer term holder looking for dividends rather than trading them
