As a holder I am most happy to be proven wrong... most happy to be proven wrong... but of all the possible announcements (forward offtake deals / POS processing deal etc.) this is not a good outcome to come now, just when the potential to get more institutional investors is finally opening up. Fancy taking this offer now which values the company at 25% more its current market cap, when the market cap was otherwise about to explode. I had my doubts about the management who "almost" sold the rights off for less than the money required for a house deposit. This is a kick in the guts.
