Ruffer's portfolio is over 1.5b GBP. I'd say they would have some sort of knowledge of the company. They are also acting on behalf of Bank of NY Mellen. I think these sharks are pretty good at getting short term returns. Also interesting is that these major holders are all trapped atm. They can't simply exit as they would lose more than 2/3 of their capital.
