What is your estimation for June quarter?

Under 600k is a fail, 600k - 800k is solid, 1 mil + big win. My guess is who knows I cant even get a straight answer as to wether Freeway trials are still ongoing.

Do you think AT&T and/or Verizon will come out with their own versions of Overpass?

Maybe. For SYT it's better if they don't any carrier level rollout makes SYT's version obsolete.

Concerns?

Freeways install slowdown, cost of advertising overpass, trials still ongoing, possibility of licensing fee being highly front loaded and ongoing cash drain that is the OG freeway model.

The big one though offering unlimited streaming video without throttling for a flat fee (there's are reason no one else offers this). The "solution" to users blowing through 100's of gigs of data:

"however, we reserve the right to terminate the subscription for abuse and misuse"

In other words we offer an unlimited plan but if you try and use large amounts of data we are simply going to cut you off. Potential shitshow IMO.
