Ann: Kidman and SQM to form Mt Holland JV, page-156

Hi all,
again great news for KDR. Whilst reading this KDRs latest announcement, I wondered
about other possible -but unstated events - that KDR's management - may - have been offered
during its legal stash with that annoying next door midget. With Greenbushes owned by Sichuan Tianqi of China 51% and Albermarle and only a hop step and jump from Mt Holland, as well as about to open a lithium
processing plant in Kwinana (south of Perth) in 2018 - I wonder what their offer to KDR management was ?
interesting to speculate ! Obviously not as good as SQM's.
Still these three giant oligopoloistic co's control a huge chunk of the present lithium market.
The go it alone option, of starting out with Poseidon's nearby plant - was also obviously rejected by KDR's
management.

No doubt KDR's management undertook such a calculation of these three specific alternatives, and possibly more as well. Tesla's owner has been spruiking on HC via the Galaxy stock since early 2016 -impossible he wasn't aware of KDR's massive potential.

Thought I raise this topic.
