My thoughts exactly. Looks somewhat 'planned'.

The board won't be able to sustain this downward pressure for much longer (they can't afford the Nasdaq investors to loose confidence), my predication is a trading halt is imminent then some confidence boosting announcements to follow.

Interesting that if one looks back over the history of IMC and particularly when price sensitive announcements are made that the SP dips away each time then recovers. Quite a strange trend. This seems to support your last comments  (silvahman)
